This website is a static marketing site. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information to display a page. Like most sites, standard server logs or hosting analytics may record basic request metadata (such as IP address, user agent and page requested) to operate and secure the service.

Application

The Maximum Tweaks desktop application runs locally on your machine. It reads local system information — such as CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, network adapters and Windows configuration — in order to recommend compatible tweaks. This health and hardware information is processed on your device to power the tweak engine, dashboard and diagnostics, and is not uploaded for marketing purposes.

Licensing

License activation is device-bound using a hardware fingerprint. To validate an activation, brief session and device identifiers may be exchanged with the licensing service. These are used solely to confirm a valid license and to enable offline grace.

AI assistant

The built-in AI assistant processes the questions you type in order to respond. Prompts are sent to the configured AI provider as needed to answer your request. Do not paste sensitive information you would not want processed by a third-party service into the assistant.

Data you share with us

If you contact us through Discord, the information you voluntarily share (such as your handle and messages) is governed by that platform's policies.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. Any functionality-related storage used by this site is described in place; you can control cookies through your browser.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site or app after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
